The Matching Customers page can be found by clicking “Matching Customers” in the middle of the Dashboard. If you see a green tick next to Matching Customers that means there are no customers that need matching.
On the 'Match Customer' page a list of all customers that have an existing active mandate but no Xero ID will appear in the list.
To link the Mandate to the correct Xero ID, you simply have to start typing the customer’s name or email address as it is in your Xero Dashboard, into the search bar. Select the correct record and click ‘Match’. The record will then disappear from your screen.
