Retaking Cancelled Payments

Payments can be cancelled by the merchant, customer or the banks.

If a payment has been cancelled and you would like to retake it, this can be done from our Invoices Page.

All cancelled payments will show on the Cancelled tab with a Status of failed.  

To retake the payment all  you need to do is click the "Collect Now" button. 

If you are unable to retry the payment please contact support.
