If you are using our payment automation, payment requests will be submitted to the Banking System two working days before the due date* (Charge Date).
*Please note if the due date is within 3 days of the invoice being raised/approved, the Charge Date will be later.
Clicking Collect Now will send a payment request to GoCardless and an attempt to collect the payment as soon as possible*. The actual Charge Date will be returned in a message on the page.
*Please note if a Direct Debit has only been set up in the last 1-3 days the Charge Date will be delayed by up to three days.*
Two days after the Charge Date between 2:00pm and 4:00pm GoCardless will pay the funds into your bank account.
