Locating A Missing Direct Debit

If you have a customer record in GoCardless for Xero which does not display an active mandate but the customer is showing as having a mandate in GoCardless, please contact our helpdesk to assist in syncing this across to the GoCardless for Xero dashboard.

The best way to ask new customers to sign up is to send them one of our sign up links.
