Finding a Xero Customer

If you are struggling to find a Xero Customer in your GoCardless for Xero Dashboard, this might be because you have not raised a sales invoice. A customer will need to have had at least one sales invoice created before we can see their information from Xero (this can be a draft invoice).

On our Customers page you can request a new Xero Sync by clicking the Sync Status button at the top of the page. This can take up to five minutes for any new customers to filter through.

If you are still not seeing a customer they may have been archived in GoCardless for Xero. You can see archived customers by clicking on "View Archived Customers" on the Customers page.

If the customer still cannot be found please get in touch with our support team.
